Ingredients

Scale

4 6oz Salmon fillets
1/2 cup Mayonnaise
2 tbsp Sweet chili sauce
1 tbsp Sriracha
1 tbsp Honey
1 tsp Lime juice
1 tsp Garlic powder
1 tsp Paprika
1/2 tsp Salt
1/4 tsp Black pepper
1 tbsp Chives (garnish)
1 tbsp Cilantro (garnish)

Instructions

Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper or heavy-duty foil.
Place the salmon fillets on the sheet, skin-side down.
In a medium bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, sriracha, honey, lime juice, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper until smooth.
Spread the prepared sauce generously over the top of each salmon fillet.
Bake for 12 minutes.
Turn the oven to broil and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes until the sauce is bubbly and slightly charred.
Garnish with chopped chives and cilantro before serving.

Notes

Ensure salmon fillets are patted dry with paper towels before applying the sauce for better adhesion. If you prefer more heat, add an extra teaspoon of Sriracha to the sauce. Leftovers can be stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 2 days.
