Ingredients

Scale

1 lb ground beef
24 oz frozen cheese ravioli
24 oz marinara sauce
2 cups shredded mozzarella
1 cup ricotta cheese
1/2 cup Parmesan cheese
8 oz cream cheese
1/2 cup sour cream
1 tsp Italian seasoning
1/2 tsp garlic powder

Instructions

Brown the ground beef in a skillet over medium heat until fully cooked.
Drain excess grease and stir in the marinara sauce.
In a separate bowl, whisk together the cream cheese, ricotta, sour cream, Parmesan, Italian seasoning, and garlic powder until smooth.
Spread a thin layer of meat sauce on the bottom of a greased 9×13 inch baking dish.
Arrange half of the frozen ravioli in a single layer over the sauce.
Dollop half of the creamy cheese mixture over the pasta, followed by a sprinkle of shredded mozzarella.
Repeat the layers once more and finish with a top layer of mozzarella.
Cover with foil and bake at 375°F for 30 minutes.
Remove the foil and bake for 10 to 15 minutes until the cheese is bubbling and golden.
Let rest for a few minutes before serving.

Notes

You can substitute the ground beef with ground turkey or a meatless crumble for a lighter version. Ensure you do not thaw the ravioli before layering to maintain texture. Leftovers can be stored in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
