Coconut Chocolate Balls

Decadent and moist no-bake coconut centers coated in a rich, smooth chocolate shell.

Ingredients

3 cups shredded coconut

1 cup sweetened condensed milk

1 tsp vanilla extract

2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips

2 tbsp coconut oil

1 pinch sea salt

Instructions

1. Mix coconut, condensed milk, vanilla, and salt.

2. Chill mixture for 10 minutes.

3. Roll into 1-inch balls.

4. Freeze balls for 20 minutes.

5. Melt chocolate and coconut oil until smooth.

6. Dip balls in chocolate using a fork.

7. Place on parchment and chill until set.

Notes

Use unsweetened coconut for less sugar.

Store in the fridge for up to 2 weeks.

Add an almond inside for extra crunch.
