Tender lobster tails topped with a savory blend of mozzarella and Parmesan, bathed in rich garlic butter.

Ingredients

4 lobster tails, split open

4 tbsp butter, melted

4 garlic cloves, minced

1/2 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded

1/4 cup Parmesan cheese, grated

1 tsp paprika

1/2 tsp Italian seasoning

Salt & black pepper to taste

1 tbsp parsley, chopped

Juice of 1/2 lemon

Lemon wedges for serving

Instructions

1.Preheat oven to 425°F and grease a baking dish.

2.Butterfly the lobster tails and lift the meat.

3.Mix butter, garlic, lemon, and spices; brush onto lobster.

4.Top with a blend of mozzarella and Parmesan.

5.Bake 12-15 minutes; broil 2-3 minutes until golden.

6.Garnish with parsley and serve with lemon.

Notes

Best served immediately while hot.

Ensure tails are patted dry for better flavor absorption.
