Crispy glazed chicken wings served alongside savory, high-protein stir-fried noodles and crisp vegetables.

Ingredients

1 lb chicken wings

1 tsp salt

1/2 tsp black pepper

1 tsp garlic powder

1 tsp smoked paprika

2 tbsp olive oil

2 tbsp butter

2 tbsp soy sauce

1 tbsp honey

1 tsp chili flakes

2 packs noodles

1 tbsp oil

2 cloves garlic, minced

1 cup broccoli florets

1/2 cup carrots, sliced

1/2 onion, sliced

1/2 red bell pepper, sliced

2 tbsp soy sauce

1 tbsp oyster sauce

1 tsp sesame oil

1 tsp chili sauce

Instructions

1.Season wings and cook in oil 10-12 minutes until golden.

2.Add butter, soy sauce, honey, and chili flakes; toss wings and set aside.

3.Boil and drain noodles.

4.Sauté garlic, broccoli, carrots, onion, and bell pepper.

5.Add noodles and toss with vegetables.

6.Stir in soy sauce, oyster sauce, sesame oil, and chili sauce.

7.Serve noodles with glazed wings.

Notes

Use boneless chicken for higher protein.

Add snap peas or mushrooms for extra texture.

Adjust chili flakes and sauce to control heat.

Finish with lime juice for freshness.
