A viral spicy noodle sensation made by sizzling aromatics in hot oil for a rich, garlicky, and umami-packed meal.

Ingredients

2 packs Ramen noodles (discard seasoning)

3 cloves Garlic, minced

2 tbsp Red chili flakes

1 tbsp Toasted sesame seeds

2 tbsp Soy sauce

1 tbsp Rice vinegar

1 tsp Brown sugar

3 tbsp Neutral oil

Green onions for garnish

Instructions

1. Boil ramen noodles until al dente then drain.

2. Place garlic, chili flakes, and sesame seeds in a bowl.

3. Heat oil until shimmering and pour over aromatics.

4. Stir in soy sauce, vinegar, and sugar.

5. Toss noodles in the spicy oil sauce.

6. Garnish with green onions and serve hot.

Notes

Use Gochugaru for a milder, smokier heat.

Add a soft-boiled egg for extra creaminess.

Ensure oil is hot enough to sizzle but not burn garlic.
