1 lb lobster tail, chopped into chunks
1 lb sea scallops
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp butter
1 tsp Cajun seasoning
1/2 tsp paprika
Salt & black pepper to taste
12 oz pappardelle or fettuccine pasta
3 tbsp butter
5 garlic cloves, minced
1 1/2 cups heavy cream
3/4 cup parmesan cheese
1 tsp Cajun seasoning
1/2 tsp red pepper flakes
1 tsp lemon juice
1 tbsp chopped parsley
1. Boil pasta in salted water until al dente.
2. Season seafood with Cajun spices and sear in skillet.
3. Cook lobster chunks in same skillet until opaque.
4. Lower heat, melt butter, sauté garlic, and stir in cream, cheese, and spices.
5. Toss pasta with sauce, top with seafood, and garnish.
