12 oz penne pasta
1 lb sirloin steak, cut into bite-sized cubes
1 tsp salt
1 tsp black pepper
1 1/2 tsp Cajun seasoning
1 tsp smoked paprika
1 tsp garlic powder
2 tbsp olive oil
3 tbsp butter
5 cloves garlic, minced
1 1/2 cups heavy cream
1 cup whole milk
1 packet ranch seasoning mix
1 1/4 cups shredded cheddar cheese
3/4 cup Parmesan cheese
Optional: parsley and red pepper flakes
1.Add steak, olive oil, salt, black pepper, Cajun seasoning, paprika, and garlic powder to slow cooker.
2.Cook on low for 4-5 hours or high for 2-3 hours.
3.Cook penne pasta according to package instructions, drain, and set aside.
4.Melt butter in a saucepan, add garlic, and cook until fragrant.
5.Stir in heavy cream, milk, and ranch seasoning, then simmer.
6.Gradually add cheddar and Parmesan until smooth.
7.Toss pasta and cooked steak with the sauce.
8.Garnish with parsley and red pepper flakes before serving.
Add bell peppers or mushrooms for texture.
Use chicken instead of steak for a lighter version.
