1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
1 lb white fish, cubed
2 cups mixed vegetables
1 onion, diced
1 bell pepper, chopped
3 cloves garlic, minced
1/2 cup butter
1/2 cup all-purpose flour
3 cups seafood stock
1 cup heavy cream
2 tbsp cajun seasoning
2 sheets pie crust
1.Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
2.Sauté onions, peppers, and garlic in butter.
3.Stir in flour to create a roux.
4.Whisk in stock and cream until thickened.
5.Add cajun seasoning and fold in seafood.
6.Transfer to a baking dish and cover with pie crust.
