Creamy Lobster Alfredo Pasta

A luxurious, restaurant-quality meal featuring succulent lobster meat tossed in a rich, velvety Parmesan cream sauce over perfectly al dente pasta.

Ingredients

12 oz spaghetti or linguine

1 lb lobster meat, chopped into bite-size pieces

3 tbsp butter

4 garlic cloves, minced

2 cups heavy cream

1½ cups Parmesan cheese, grated

1 tbsp olive oil

1 tsp Italian seasoning

½ tsp paprika

Salt and black pepper, to taste

2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped

Instructions

1. Cook pasta until al dente; drain and coat with olive oil.

2. Sauté garlic and lobster in butter until tender.

3. Stir in cream, Parmesan, and seasonings; simmer until thickened.

4. Toss pasta into sauce until coated.

5. Garnish with parsley and extra Parmesan.

Notes

Use fresh lobster for best results.

Add baby spinach for extra nutrients.

Serve with crusty bread to soak up the sauce.
