1 cup cooked lobster meat, chopped

3 tbsp butter

3 garlic cloves, minced

1 cup heavy cream

Salt & black pepper to taste

1 tbsp parsley, chopped

Splash of pasta water

Instructions

1.Boil lobster ravioli according to package instructions (3-4 mins) and drain.

2.Sauté garlic in butter until fragrant.

3.Pour in heavy cream and simmer.

4.Stir in Parmesan until smooth.

5.Season with paprika, salt, and pepper.

6.Add cooked ravioli and toss gently.

7.Fold in lobster meat and warm through.

8.Add pasta water for glossiness.

9.Garnish with parsley and serve.
