A luxurious and decadent seafood pasta featuring succulent lobster tails tossed in a rich, velvety homemade garlic parmesan cream sauce.

Ingredients

Scale

1 lb spaghetti

2 large lobster tails, meat chopped

4 tbsp unsalted butter

3 cloves garlic, minced

2 cups heavy cream

1.5 cups grated parmesan cheese

1 tsp lemon zest

Salt and black pepper to taste

2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped

Instructions

1. Cook spaghetti until al dente.

2. Sauté lobster in 2 tbsp butter until opaque; set aside.

3. Melt remaining butter and sauté garlic.

4. Whisk in heavy cream and simmer.

5. Stir in parmesan until smooth.

6. Add seasonings and lemon zest.

7. Toss spaghetti and lobster into the sauce.

8. Garnish with parsley and serve.

Notes

Use fresh parmesan for a smooth sauce.

Do not overcook the lobster meat.

Serve with a side of lemon wedges.
