Tender baked salmon fillets in a rich, creamy garlic Parmesan sauce with spinach. An easy and comforting oven-baked dinner.

Ingredients

4 salmon fillets (6 oz each)

5 oz fresh baby spinach

1 cup heavy cream

1/2 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese

3 cloves garlic, minced

1 tbsp olive oil

1 tsp Italian seasoning

1/2 tsp salt

1/4 tsp black pepper

1 tbsp fresh lemon juice

2 tbsp shredded mozzarella cheese (optional)

Fresh parsley, chopped (optional)

Instructions

1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).

2. Grease a baking dish and arrange the seasoned salmon.

3. Sauté garlic and spinach in olive oil until wilted.

4. Stir in cream, Parmesan, lemon juice, and seasonings.

5. Pour the creamy spinach sauce around and over the salmon.

6. Bake for 15–22 minutes, until salmon reaches 145°F.

7. Garnish with parsley and serve.

Notes

Use salmon fillets of similar thickness for even cooking.

Thaw frozen spinach and squeeze out excess moisture before using.

Refrigerate leftovers in an airtight container for 3–4 days.

Serve with mashed potatoes, rice, or roasted vegetables.
