Hearty penne pasta tossed in a creamy cheddar Alfredo sauce with tender seared steak and sweet corn.
1 lb sirloin steak, thinly sliced
12 oz penne pasta
1 cup sweet corn kernels
1 cup heavy cream
1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
3 cloves garlic, minced
2 tbsp butter
1 tbsp olive oil
Salt, black pepper, and fresh parsley
1.Boil pasta until al dente and drain.
2.Season and sear steak in a skillet until browned; remove.
3.Melt butter in the skillet, sauté garlic, then add cream and simmer.
4.Stir in cheeses until melted and smooth.
5.Combine pasta, steak, and corn into the sauce.
6.Toss until heated through and serve.
Use sirloin for the best flavor.
Add red pepper flakes for extra heat.
