1/2 cup mayonnaise
3 tbsp sweet chili sauce
1–2 tsp sriracha
1 tsp honey (optional)
1 tsp fresh lime juice
2 tbsp sliced green onions
1 tsp sesame seeds

1. Pat salmon dry and cut into 1-inch cubes.
2. Toss with olive oil, cornstarch, and seasonings.
3. Mix mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, sriracha, honey, and lime juice.
4. Air fry at 400°F for 6–9 minutes, bake at 425°F for 10–14 minutes, or pan-sear until golden and cooked through.
