1 lb ground beef
1 onion, diced
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 can (10.5 oz) cream of mushroom soup
1 cup beef broth
1 cup heavy cream
8 oz bowtie pasta
1 cup shredded cheddar or mozzarella cheese
Salt and pepper to taste
Parsley for garnish (optional)
1. Brown the ground beef with onion and garlic for 5–7 minutes.
2. Drain excess fat.
3. Add beef mixture, soup, broth, and cream to crockpot.
4. Cook on LOW 6–7 hours or HIGH 3–4 hours.
5. Cook bowtie pasta until al dente.
6. Stir pasta and cheese into crockpot.
