Savory shrimp and cheese filling wrapped in a crispy golden shell, perfect for parties.
1 lb shrimp, peeled, cooked, and chopped
8 oz cream cheese, softened
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
2 green onions, finely sliced
2 cloves garlic, minced
1/2 tsp paprika
1/2 tsp Cajun seasoning
1/4 tsp black pepper
12 egg roll wrappers
1 egg, beaten
Vegetable oil, for frying
1.Mix shrimp, cheeses, green onions, garlic, and spices in a bowl.
2.Place 2 tablespoons filling on each wrapper.
3.Fold, roll, and seal with beaten egg.
4.Fry at 350°F (175°C) for 3-4 minutes until golden.
5.Drain on paper towels and serve hot.
Serve with sweet chili sauce or spicy mayo.
Store leftovers in the fridge for up to 3 days.
Reheat in an oven or air fryer at 375°F for 5-7 minutes.
