Succulent, oven-roasted shrimp tossed in a vibrant, savory sauce of melted butter, fresh garlic, and zesty lemon juice.

Ingredients

2 lbs large shrimp, peeled and deveined (tails on)

1 tsp paprika

½ tsp Cajun seasoning

½ tsp black pepper

½ tsp salt

8 tbsp unsalted butter, melted

8 cloves garlic, finely minced

2 tbsp lemon juice

1 tsp lemon zest

1 tbsp honey

1 tsp Italian seasoning

½ tsp red pepper flakes

2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped

1 lemon, thinly sliced (for garnish)

Instructions

1.Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).

2.Arrange shrimp in a single layer in a baking dish.

3.Season with paprika, Cajun seasoning, salt, and black pepper.

4.Whisk together melted butter, garlic, lemon juice, lemon zest, honey, Italian seasoning, red pepper flakes, and parsley.

5.Pour mixture over shrimp.

6.Bake 12-15 minutes until pink and plump.

7.Garnish and serve immediately.
