1.5 cups basmati rice
3 cups water
1 tsp sea salt
1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
2 tbsp fresh lime juice
1 tbsp lime zest
1 tbsp olive oil
1. Rinse rice until water runs clear.
2. Combine rice, water, and oil in a pot.
3. Boil, then simmer covered for 15 minutes.
4. Let rest 5 minutes off heat.
5. Fold in cilantro, lime juice, zest, and salt.
Rinse rice well to prevent mushiness.
Use fresh lime for best flavor.
