Sweet and savory sticky honey chicken fried rice made in one pan with fluffy rice, vegetables, garlic, and delicious homemade sauce.
2 cups cooked jasmine rice
1 lb chicken breast, diced
2 tbsp honey
3 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp oyster sauce
1 tbsp sesame oil
2 tbsp vegetable oil
3 garlic cloves, minced
1 tsp ginger
2 eggs
1 cup peas and carrots
3 green onions
Salt
Black pepper
Sesame seeds
1.Heat oil in skillet.
2.Cook chicken until golden.
3.Add garlic and ginger.
4.Scramble eggs in pan.
5.Add vegetables and rice.
6.Mix sauce ingredients.
7.Pour sauce into skillet.
8.Stir until sticky and coated.
9.Garnish and serve hot.
Use cold rice for best texture.
Add sriracha for spice.
Store leftovers up to 4 days.
