1 cup buttermilk
3 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
5 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp baking soda
1 tsp salt

1. Preheat oven to 400°F and line a baking sheet.
2. Whisk sweet potatoes, butter, and buttermilk.
3. Stir in remaining ingredients just until combined.
4. Turn onto a floured surface and knead 10 times.
5. Roll to 3/4-inch thick and cut into rounds.
6. Bake 15–20 minutes until golden and cooked through.
