Tender, high-protein lobster tail bites seared in a rich, citrusy garlic butter sauce. An elegant and quick seafood dish for any occasion.

Ingredients

2 lobster tails, cut into bite-sized pieces

4 tbsp unsalted butter

4 garlic cloves, minced

1 tbsp olive oil

1 tsp paprika

½ tsp Italian seasoning

¼ tsp crushed red pepper flakes

1 tbsp lemon juice

1 tsp lemon zest

Salt and black pepper, to taste

2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped

Lemon wedges, for serving

Instructions

1. Pat lobster dry and season with paprika, Italian seasoning, salt, and black pepper.

2. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.

3. Sear the lobster bites for 1–2 minutes per side until lightly golden.

4. Reduce the heat to medium and add the butter.

5. Once melted, stir in the minced garlic, lemon zest, and crushed red pepper flakes.

6. Cook for about 30 seconds until fragrant.

7. Add the lemon juice and stir well.

8. Return the lobster bites to the skillet and toss until fully coated in the garlic butter sauce.

9. Sprinkle with chopped fresh parsley.

10. Serve immediately with fresh lemon wedges.
