This Garlic Butter Shrimp and Sweet Corn Skillet is a vibrant, high-protein meal combining succulent shrimp with tender sweet corn in a rich, aromatic garlic butter sauce.

Ingredients

2 lbs large shrimp, peeled and deveined

4 tbsp unsalted butter

1 tbsp olive oil

6 cloves garlic, minced

1 tsp paprika

1 tsp Old Bay seasoning

½ tsp Cajun seasoning

½ tsp black pepper

½ tsp salt

1 tbsp lemon juice

4 ears sweet corn, cut in half

2 tbsp butter

½ tsp garlic powder

¼ tsp paprika

Salt, to taste

2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped

Lemon wedges

Instructions

1.Boil corn for 6-8 minutes until tender.

2.Drain and toss with butter, garlic powder, paprika, and salt.

3.Pat shrimp dry and season with paprika, Old Bay, Cajun seasoning, salt, and pepper.

4.Heat olive oil and butter in a large skillet.

5.Cook shrimp for 2 minutes per side until pink.

6.Reduce heat, add butter and garlic, and stir for 1 minute.

7.Add lemon juice and toss.

8.Serve immediately with corn and parsley.
