Creamy garlic Parmesan pasta made with angel hair, butter, fresh garlic, milk, chicken broth, and Parmesan cheese.
½ cup Parmesan cheese, finely grated
3 tablespoons butter, divided
4 cloves fresh garlic, minced
2 cups chicken broth
1 cup milk
8 oz angel hair pasta
Fresh parsley, for garnish
Optional: ¼ tsp each onion powder, oregano, thyme, parsley, black pepper
1. Grate Parmesan and set aside.
2. Melt 2 tbsp butter; sauté garlic 1–2 minutes.
3. Add broth, seasonings, and milk; bring to a boil.
4. Add angel hair and gently twist into skillet.
5. Cook 4–5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
6. Reduce heat to low.
7. Add remaining butter and toss.
8. Gradually stir in Parmesan until smooth.
9. Garnish with parsley and serve.
Watch angel hair closely to prevent overcooking.
The sauce thickens as the pasta stands.
Serve immediately for the best texture.
