A quick, sweet-savory steak dish with a rich honey-soy glaze. Trimmed sirloin or flank steak strips, marinated in tangy-honey soy sauce, sear in a cast iron or grill pan. Meals ready in 30 minutes for busy weeknights.

Ingredients

1 pound sirloin or flank steak, sliced thinly
¼ cup honey
2 tablespoons soy sauce
1 tablespoon olive oil
2 garlic cloves, minced
½ teaspoon black pepper
½ teaspoon salt
½ teaspoon paprika

Instructions

Mix honey, soy sauce, olive oil, garlic, pepper, salt, and paprika in a bowl
Toss steak strips in marinade, cover and chill 30+ minutes
Preheat 12-inch cast iron or non-stick grill pan over medium-high
Cook steaks in a single layer, searing 2-3 minutes per side until golden
Let rest on cutting board, then serve warm
