Ingredients

2 chicken breasts
4 cups cabbage
3 cloves garlic
1 small onion
2 tbsp olive oil
2 tbsp soy sauce
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
1/2 tsp red pepper flakes
2 tbsp chopped fresh parsley

Instructions

Slice chicken breasts into bite-sized pieces
Chop cabbage into ½-inch strips
Finely mince garlic and slice onion
Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat
Add chicken and sauté 5-7 minutes until browned
Add onion and garlic, cook 3-4 minutes until softened
Stir in cabbage, soy sauce, salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes
Cook 8-10 minutes until cabbage is tender but still crisp
Remove from heat and garnish with parsley

Notes
