Juicy shrimp seared to perfection in a rich, lemony garlic butter sauce with fresh herbs. A fast, gourmet dinner.
1 lb large shrimp, peeled & deveined
4 tbsp butter
5 garlic cloves, minced
1 tbsp lemon juice
1/2 tsp Italian seasoning
1/2 tsp paprika
Salt & black pepper to taste
1 tbsp parsley, chopped
Lemon slices for garnish
1.Pat shrimp dry and season with salt, pepper, paprika, and Italian seasoning.
2.Melt butter in a skillet over medium heat.
3.Add garlic and sauté until fragrant (about 30 seconds).
4.Toss in shrimp and cook 2–3 minutes per side until pink and juicy.
5.Pour in lemon juice and stir.
6.Simmer for another minute to thicken slightly.
7.Sprinkle parsley on top and serve hot.
Serve with crusty bread or steamed rice to soak up the sauce.
Store in an airtight container for up to 48 hours.
Reheat gently in a skillet.
