Extra fudgy chocolate brownies infused with smooth Baileys Irish Cream liqueur and topped with a decadent ganache.

Ingredients

1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted

1 cup granulated sugar

2 large eggs, room temperature

1/3 cup Baileys Irish Cream liqueur

1 tsp vanilla extract

3/4 cup all-purpose flour

1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder

1/4 tsp salt

1/2 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips

Instructions

1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line an 8-inch pan.

2. Whisk melted butter and sugar until smooth.

3. Add eggs, Baileys, and vanilla; mix well.

4. Fold in flour, cocoa, and salt until combined.

5. Stir in chocolate chips and pour into pan.

6. Bake 25-30 minutes until set.

7. Cool completely before slicing.

Notes

Chill in the fridge for 1 hour for the cleanest slices.

Swap for espresso liqueur for a mocha twist.

Store in an airtight container for up to 5 days.
