1 lb large shrimp, peeled and deveined
8 oz fettuccine or penne pasta
4 cloves garlic, minced
1 cup heavy cream
1 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
3 tbsp unsalted butter
1/4 tsp red pepper flakes
Salt and black pepper to taste
Fresh parsley for garnish
1.Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
2.Cook pasta in salted boiling water; drain.
3.Sauté shrimp with garlic and butter in a skillet.
