A decadent, restaurant-quality fusion dish featuring succulent shrimp sautéed in a rich garlic butter sauce, layered with creamy Alfredo pasta, and finished with a perfectly golden, melted cheese crust.

Ingredients

1 lb large shrimp, peeled and deveined

8 oz fettuccine or penne pasta

4 cloves garlic, minced

1 cup heavy cream

1 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese

1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

3 tbsp unsalted butter

1/4 tsp red pepper flakes

Salt and black pepper to taste

Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

1.Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).

2.Cook pasta in salted boiling water; drain.

3.Sauté shrimp with garlic and butter in a skillet.

4.Make sauce with cream and Parmesan.

5.Combine pasta, shrimp, and sauce; top with mozzarella.

6.Bake 15 minutes, then broil until golden.

7.Garnish with parsley and serve.

Notes

Use penne for better sauce retention.

Add a pinch of nutmeg for depth.

Serve with a crisp side salad.
