Homemade Pepperoni Pizza Bombs

Deliciously golden dough balls stuffed with melted mozzarella and savory pepperoni, brushed with a garlic herb butter.

Ingredients

13.8 oz refrigerated pizza dough

1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

40 slices mini pepperoni

3 tbsp unsalted butter, melted

1/2 tsp garlic powder

1 tsp Italian seasoning

2 tbsp grated Parmesan cheese

1 cup marinara sauce (for dipping)

Instructions

1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a pan.

2. Cut dough into 12-15 equal squares.

3. Place pepperoni and cheese in the center of each square.

4. Pinch edges tightly to seal and roll into a ball.

5. Place seam-side down on the baking sheet.

6. Brush with melted butter, garlic, and herbs.

7. Bake for 12-15 minutes until golden brown.

8. Serve warm with marinara sauce.

Notes

Use biscuit dough for a flakier texture.

Ensure seams are pinched tightly to prevent leaking.

Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 4 days.
