1 large head cauliflower, florets
1.5 lbs ground beef
1 yellow onion, diced
3 cloves garlic, minced
8 oz cheddar cheese, shredded
4 oz cream cheese
1/2 cup heavy cream
1 tsp smoked paprika
Salt and pepper to taste
1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
2. Steam cauliflower until tender; drain well.
3. Brown beef and onion in a skillet.
4. Add garlic and spices; stir in cream cheese and heavy cream.
5. Combine beef mixture and cauliflower.
6. Transfer to a baking dish.
7. Top with shredded cheddar.
8. Bake 15–20 minutes until bubbly.
