1.5 lbs chicken breasts, diced
12 oz egg noodles
1/2 cup honey
1/4 cup soy sauce
6 cloves garlic, minced
1 tbsp fresh ginger, grated
2 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp cornstarch
1 cup mixed vegetables
Green onions and sesame seeds
1.Cook noodles according to package and drain.
2.Whisk honey, soy sauce, garlic, and ginger in a bowl.
3.Sear chicken in olive oil until golden; remove from pan.
4.Sauté vegetables in the same pan for 3 minutes.
5.Add sauce and cornstarch slurry; simmer until thick.
6.Toss in chicken and noodles until well coated.
7.Garnish and serve hot.
