1 1/2 pounds boneless skinless chicken thighs or breast, bite-size
3 cups broccoli florets
1 large green bell pepper, chopped
1/2 red onion, sliced
1/2 cup cornstarch
2 tablespoons oil
Salt and black pepper to taste
1/2 cup soy sauce
1/3 cup honey or brown sugar
1/4 cup orange juice
2 tablespoons hoisin sauce
1 tablespoon rice vinegar
1 tablespoon minced garlic
1 teaspoon minced ginger
1 tablespoon cornstarch mixed with 2 tablespoons water
1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)
1.Season chicken, toss with cornstarch.
2.Cook chicken in batches until golden and crisp. Set aside.
