1 French baguette, sliced
4 Roma tomatoes, seeded and diced
8 oz fresh mozzarella, cubed
1/4 cup fresh basil, chiffonade
3 cloves garlic
3 tbsp extra-virgin olive oil
2 tbsp balsamic glaze
1/2 tsp sea salt
1/4 tsp black pepper
