1/2 onion, chopped
1 Tbsp minced garlic
2 jars (24 oz each) marinara sauce
1 tsp oregano
1 tsp salt
1 tsp black pepper
3 cups chicken broth
12 oz spaghetti noodles
1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, optional, for topping
1. Brown ground beef and onion; drain excess grease.
2. Add garlic and cook 1–2 minutes.
3. Stir in marinara, oregano, salt, pepper, and broth. Simmer 10 minutes.
4. Break spaghetti in half and stir into sauce.
5. Simmer 12–15 minutes, stirring frequently.
6. Cook 1–2 minutes more if needed.
7. Top with Parmesan and serve.
Stir frequently after adding the spaghetti to prevent sticking.
Add a splash of broth or water if the sauce gets too thick before the pasta is tender.
