Tender cheese ravioli layered with marinara, creamy cottage cheese, mozzarella, and Parmesan, then baked until hot and bubbling.
20 ounces refrigerated cheese ravioli
3 1/2 cups marinara sauce
2 cups small-curd 4% cottage cheese, or ricotta
4 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
Minced fresh parsley, for garnish
Garlic bread, for serving, optional
1. Preheat oven to 350°F and grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
2. Cook ravioli according to package directions and drain.
3. Spread 1 cup marinara in the baking dish.
4. Layer half the ravioli, 1 1/4 cups sauce, 1 cup cottage cheese, and 2 cups mozzarella.
5. Repeat the layers and finish with Parmesan.
6. Bake uncovered for 30–40 minutes until bubbly.
7. Rest 5–10 minutes, garnish with parsley, and serve.
Ricotta can replace the cottage cheese.
Avoid overcooking the ravioli before baking.
Serve with garlic bread, salad, or vegetables.
