A succulent, high-protein seafood dish featuring tender shrimp coated in a rich, caramelized sauce made from honey, garlic, and butter.

Ingredients

1 lb large shrimp, peeled and deveined

3 tablespoons unsalted butter

4 cloves garlic, minced

1/3 cup honey

2 tablespoons soy sauce

1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice

1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika

1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes

Salt and black pepper to taste

Fresh parsley, chopped for garnish

Instructions

1.Pat the shrimp dry and season with salt and pepper.

2.Sear shrimp in butter for 2 minutes per side until pink.

3.Remove shrimp and set aside.

4.Sauté garlic in remaining butter until fragrant.

5.Whisk in honey, soy sauce, lemon juice, paprika, and red pepper flakes.

6.Simmer sauce for 2-3 minutes until thickened.

7.Return shrimp to skillet and toss until coated.

8.Garnish with parsley and serve immediately.

Notes

Serve over rice, noodles, or with roasted vegetables.

Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 48 hours.

Ensure shrimp are patted dry before cooking for the best sear.
