1 egg
1/2 cup cold water
1 lb ground beef
1 medium onion, diced

1/4 cup chopped green olives
1 egg, beaten (for egg wash)
1. Mix flour and salt; cut in butter until crumbly.
2. Whisk egg and water; add to flour to form dough. Chill for 30 mins.
3. Brown beef with onions and garlic in a skillet.
4. Stir in spices and olives; cool completely.
5. Roll dough and cut into 5-inch rounds.
6. Fill each round with beef mixture and seal edges with a fork.
7. Brush with egg wash and bake at 375°F for 25–30 minutes.
8. Serve warm with salsa.
Can be frozen before baking for up to 3 months.
