Ingredients

1 lb ground beef
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 teaspoon fresh ginger, grated
1/4 cup soy sauce (low-sodium preferred)
2 tablespoons brown sugar
2 tablespoons rice vinegar
1 teaspoon sesame oil
1 1/2 cups uncooked white rice
1/4 cup green onions, sliced
1 tablespoon sesame seeds

Instructions

Heat 1 tbsp soy sauce in a skillet
Brown ground beef until no longer pink
Add garlic, ginger, remaining soy sauce, brown sugar, vinegar, and sesame oil
Reduce sauce for 3-4 minutes until thickened
Cook rice separately per package instructions
Serve beef-topping rice bowl, garnished with green onions and sesame seeds

Notes
