1 can pinto beans, drained

2 cups shredded lettuce

1 cup diced tomatoes

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

1 ripe avocado, cubed

Fresh cilantro for garnish

Instructions

1. Mix flour, baking powder, and salt.

2. Add water and stir until a soft dough forms.

3. Knead gently and let rest for 15 minutes.

4. Brown beef in a skillet and drain fat.

5. Add seasoning and beans; simmer for 5 minutes.

6. Heat oil in a skillet to 350°F.

8. Fry dough until golden brown on both sides.
