Tender slow-cooked chicken smothered in rich, savory gravy for an easy comfort food dinner.

Ingredients

2 lbs boneless, skinless chicken breasts

1 can condensed cream of chicken soup

2 packets chicken gravy mix

1 3/4 cups low-sodium chicken broth

1 tsp garlic powder

1/2 tsp onion powder

1/2 tsp black pepper

1/3 cup sour cream, optional

Instructions

1. Whisk soup, gravy mix, broth, and seasonings together.

2. Place chicken in slow cooker and pour gravy over.

3. Cook on LOW 6–8 hours or HIGH 3–4 hours.

4. Shred chicken and return to gravy.

5. Stir in sour cream, if using.

6. Serve over mashed potatoes, rice, noodles, or biscuits.

Notes

Use boneless chicken thighs for a richer option.

Adjust gravy thickness with a splash of chicken broth.

Store leftovers refrigerated for up to 3 days.

Freeze for up to 3 months.
