4 ripe bananas, sliced
8 oz cream cheese, softened
1 cup all-purpose flour
1 cup granulated sugar
1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
1 cup milk
2 large eggs
1 tbsp baking powder
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
Powdered sugar (for dusting)
1. Preheat oven to 350°F and grease a 9×13 dish.
2. Beat cream cheese until smooth; set aside.
3. Whisk flour, sugar, baking powder, salt, and cinnamon.
4. Combine butter, milk, eggs, and vanilla; stir into dry ingredients.
5. Spread half the batter in the pan.
6. Layer bananas and dollop cream cheese over the top.
7. Spread remaining batter and bake for 40–45 minutes.
8. Cool slightly and dust with powdered sugar.
