Ingredients

1 lb ground sausage (spicy preferred)

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

4 oz cream cheese (softened)

Instructions

1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).

2. Mix sausage, cheddar, and cream cheese until combined.

3. Roll into 1-inch balls.

4. Bake on a lined tray for 18-20 minutes until crispy.

5. Serve hot with dipping sauce.

Notes

Use an air fryer at 375°F for 12 minutes for extra crunch.

Great with remoulade or ranch dressing.
