¼ cup vegan mayo or regular mayo
1 tbsp lime juice
1 tbsp hot sauce
2 tbsp nutritional yeast
1 tsp chili powder
½ tsp smoked paprika
½ tsp garlic powder
¼ tsp salt
Chopped cilantro and lime wedges for garnish

Instructions

Preheat oven or grill to 400°F (200°C)
Cut corn kernels into 2-3 bite-sized pieces per ear
Grill or roast 12-15 minutes until charred
Whisk together mayo, lime juice, hot sauce, nutritional yeast, chili powder, paprika, garlic powder, and salt
