Fluffy and healthy spinach mushroom cheese omelette packed with fresh spinach, sautéed mushrooms, and melted cheese. Perfect protein-rich breakfast.
3 large eggs
1 cup fresh spinach, chopped
1/2 cup mushrooms, sliced
1/4 cup shredded cheese (cheddar, mozzarella, or Swiss)
1 tbsp butter or olive oil
2 tbsp milk (optional)
Salt to taste
Black pepper to taste
1 clove garlic (optional)
1.Heat butter in pan.
2.Cook mushrooms until soft.
3.Add spinach and wilt.
4.Whisk eggs with seasoning.
5.Pour eggs into pan.
6.Cook until edges set.
7.Add cheese on top.
8.Fold omelette.
9.Cook 1–2 minutes more.
10.Serve hot.
Best served fresh.
