Tender seared steak cuts combined with cheese-filled ravioli in a rich, garlic-infused butter sauce.
1 lb sirloin or flank steak, sliced into thin strips
1 package (16 oz) refrigerated cheese ravioli
4 tbsp unsalted butter
3 cloves garlic, minced
1/2 tsp crushed red pepper flakes
1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 tbsp olive oil
Salt and black pepper to taste
1.Boil ravioli until al dente and drain.
2.Season steak with salt and pepper.
3.Sear steak in olive oil over medium-high heat.
4.Remove steak and melt butter in the same pan.
5.Sauté garlic and red pepper flakes.
6.Toss steak and ravioli back into the skillet.
7.Top with parsley and Parmesan.
8.Serve immediately.
Serve with a fresh side salad.
