1 cup fresh strawberries
2 large eggs
1/4 cup milk
1.5 tsp ground cinnamon
3 tbsp butter (or coconut oil for dairy-free)
1/4 cup granulated sugar

Instructions

Trim bread crusts
Use rolling pin to flatten bread slices
Blend cream cheese with powdered sugar, vanilla, and half the ground cinnamon
Spread filling evenly on bread slices
Top each with 1 tbsp chopped strawberries
Roll tightly into cylinders and tuck ends under
Beat eggs with milk and remaining cinnamon in a shallow dish
Dip each roll-up in egg mixture until coated
Heat butter in skillet until shimmering
Fry 2-3 roll-ups at once for 90 seconds per side
Mix granulated sugar with 1/2 tsp cinnamon while cooking
Roll warm units in cinnamon-sugar mixture before serving
