2 cups Granny Smith apples, diced

1/2 cup brown sugar

1 tsp ground cinnamon

2 tbsp unsalted butter

1 tsp vanilla extract

Optional: powdered sugar for dusting

Instructions

1. Preheat oven and bake biscuits according to package.

2. Melt butter in a skillet over medium heat.

3. Add apples, sugar, and cinnamon to the pan.

4. Sauté until apples are tender and syrup thickens.

5. Split warm biscuits in half.

6. Spoon apple filling onto the bottom halves.
