1 cup heavy cream

1 cup shredded sharp cheddar

2 cloves garlic, minced

1 tsp smoked paprika

2 tbsp olive oil

Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

1.Season chicken with salt, pepper, and paprika.

2.Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.

3.Sear chicken for 6 minutes per side until cooked through.

4.Remove chicken; lower heat and sauté garlic for 30 seconds.

5.Whisk in heavy cream and bring to a light simmer.

6.Stir in cheese until smooth and melted.

7.Return chicken to pan and coat with sauce.

Notes

Use freshly grated cheese for a smoother sauce.
