1 lb flank steak, thinly sliced
8 oz ramen or egg noodles
2 cups broccoli florets
1 red bell pepper, sliced
4 cloves garlic, minced
1 tbsp fresh ginger, grated
1/4 cup low-sodium soy sauce
1 tbsp brown sugar
2 tbsp vegetable oil
1 tsp sesame oil
Sesame seeds and green onions for garnish
1. Cook noodles al dente and drain.
2. Whisk soy sauce, sugar, ginger, and half the garlic.
3. Sear beef in oil over high heat; remove.
4. Stir-fry vegetables for 3-5 minutes.
5. Add remaining garlic, then noodles and beef.
6. Pour sauce over and toss for 2 minutes.
7. Garnish and serve hot.
